The Holidays!

We took a trip to Washington this year for the holidays.
We arrived early Sunday morning and after heading off to church, we immediately started the holiday festivities.

First we went to Chris and Amanda's for the Annual Gingerbread Decorating Party.
Landon made his frist own Gingerbread house and he was thrilled,
but he is quite the minimalist when it comes to decorating.
I kept trying to suggest candies and things to use, but over all he just wanted a lot of frosting and some M& Ms.
In the end it was a good thing, his house was small.
Then, immediately from the Gingerbread Party, we headed straight to Ellensburg for a Snowmobiling Trip.
Brandon planed out the whole thing.  The boys were very impressed with the helmet and goggles.
We had so much fun riding the snowmobiles, sledding, playing in the snow, and hanging out at the cabin.
Brandon knows how to entertain. And with all of his treats, he knows how to win over his nephews.
Then after getting back from the Snowmobiling trip, we headed out to the stores for some Christmas Shopping.
And we found out the best malls have carousels...and they are even cooler if they have dragons and horses.
In the middle of the week my Grandma, Aunt Sharon, and my cousins Max and Dylan came to stay as well.
We went out to see the lights and ride the rides at Enchanted Village.
It was freezing! But the boys loved it.
We laughed at Mason poking his head through the Elf Picture Board...because the poor kids short legs, round cheeks, red button nose, and pointy ears are already so elf like.
The trip was wonderful, filled with tons of fun activities, lots of family, and great memories.
I already want to go back.
