Hanukah

Kicking off the holiday season!

We celebrated in L.A. 

With Thanksgiving and Hanukah...plus Christmas on the way, we had a full week of fun.

Every night we stayed up way too late, watching Christmas movie after Christmas movie on the Hallmark Channel with Geoff and Sharon. We are all suckers for a good cheesy Christmas movie.

And we went out each day going down town, shopping, playing at the park, visiting Sharon's shop, Six Flags Magic Mountain, and Universal Studios City Walk.

This year Hanukah fell right on the week of Thanksgiving.  So we got to join in on the festivities.
My boys were thrilled to have another holiday to celebrate.  And being the only children around, they also enjoyed all the gift giving being directed towards them.

We played some fun games and got some great laughs watching everyone try to dig through the layers of wrapping paper to win the prizes.
And the boys helped light the Menorah and enjoyed the "guilt" money as they called it.
